LATE ENTRIES ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TOURNAMENT ORGANISERS - WE DON'T LIKE LATE ENTRIES AS IT MAKES PLANNING (INCLUDING WHETHER TO HOLD A PARTICULAR EVENT OR NOT) HARD.
