Minutes from previous meeting:

All in favour for accepting the previous minutes.

Treasurer’s Report:

Oliver presented his report. All in favour.

 

Payments:

Payments to be made to Epsom Girls Grammar of $144.90 for venue hire and to Oliver Agnew of 1$179.58 for website upkeep. All in favour.

 

Committee Meetings 2017:

Look into options regarding venue and dates.

 

Growing of sport:

Potential avenues to advertise the sport for growth and development.

 

Competitions 2017:

Book Massey for all regional competitions.

Possibilties of larger venues for Oceanic Opens in October.

 

Borrowing of Fencing North equipment:

Lending 2 sets of boxes and spools to Rory Ogg for two months to start a club.

 

Fencing NZ News:

Proposal to set National competition dates up till 2020.

Coach Kyle Macdonald is running a training camp at Mt Albert Grammar School on Sunday 12th February. The invitation is open to all fencers.
